In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

I had tried using Amelia Lite to evaluate the product before making a purchase. The product worked fine.
Now, I purchased the Basic version of the product, and following the instructions, I deactivated & deleted the Lite version and then installed and activated the Basic version.
While Amelia is now visible on the WP Nav-bar, any of the tabs (settings, configuration, calendar, dashboard) are only showing a blank page with no content.
I have not specified any domain for this version yet (I don't know where to add - as i don't have any screen where I can add domain)... Don't know if that is the issue.
Please guide urgently.

Thank you for your purchase.
Issues like this are usually caused by conflicts with other plugins, or by some issues in the database. I can't say without taking a look.
As for the domain - that is your website, so where you activate the plugin is where you'll be able to use it.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party.
You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
