In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

    We offer a zoom class for multiple people booking the same class separately. I'm trying to use Service (instead of Event) but cannot get Appointments to allow more than one booking per class. The Employee date and time is set as a special day since it exists only once. Capacity is set to 1 | 100 in Service and Employee, and the Appointments setting is enabled for minimum capacity allowed to exceed.

    I would like to have a single class at a single date/time with a single employee with multiple individuals booking that class separately. Is this possible?

    Hi Jacogh,

    Thank you for your inquiry.

    In service modal once you add maximum capacity larger than one you will see below option Show 'Bringing anyone with you' option. By default this option is enabled which means that customers will be able to add more people during the booking. If you don't want this and you want all customers to book separately group service, then disable this option. Your appointments will still have capacity for 100 people but all customers will need to book it separately.
