Hey there, Awesome Customers!
Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.
During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.
We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.
Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!
Catch you on the flip side!
Warm regards,
TMS
In my client's website, we have already created a number of products - which are actually services - and have expected to be able to link to them via Edit Services. But as you can see here, when I want to make this linking, only Appointment and the first four WooCommerce products show up! I figured I'd be able to scroll down to the specific product, but it seems as if it's frozen here.
Admittedly, my client's website has hundreds of products in it and I expected this task to not be easy, scrolling through many items, but I didn't think it would be impossible!
How can I connect a service in WPAmelia to a listed WC product/service?
Hello Ian
We've had this issue a while ago, but it was fixed since then.
Which version of the plugin do you have installed? If it's not v2.6, please update it, and test again. We just verified that this issue doesn't exist on the latest version of the plugin.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Aleksandar,
Thank you for your help. Updating to 2.6 fixed the problem. I hope you had a happy national holiday!
However, I had no idea that there was a newer version of Amelia available! When viewing my plugins in the dashboard, it doesn't indicate that there's a new version available, like most of the other plugins there. Why can't you make it so it tells me I need an update?
And why do I have to go through so many steps to get to the page where I find the update file to download?
Hi Ian
I'm glad to hear the issue was resolved.
Have you activated the plugin in Amelia Settings/Activation?
If you did, you should've received a notification that a new version is available in the dashboard.
Please subscribe to our Newsletter, and keep an eye on the next update (should be in a week or two). If you don't see there's an update in your Plugins section, please open a new ticket and let me know and I'll forward it to our development team.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
