Thank you for your understanding, and we wish you a wonderful holiday weekend!
I think Amelia is what I need for the website I am building for a service based consulting business. My question is if Amelia can process cancellations and refunds according to a policy of x number of days. Like up to X days before the appointment you can reschedule or request a refund? And after that X amount of days, no refund is possible and they would need to contact me directly for rescheduling. Is that possible? Thanks!!!
Hi Lori,
Thank you for your interest in our plugin.
We have option 'Minimum time required before canceling/rescheduling" so you can set minutes, hours, days or weeks before the appointment and in that period customer will not be able to cancel or reschedule the appointment. In that case, they would need to contact you and request cancelation or rescheduling. However, you should know that we don't have 'Request a refund' option, once customer cancels the appointment your employee or you (depending how you set it) would receive notification about it and you would need to refund manually from PayPal or Stripe.
Best regards.
