Unfortunately, prefix and suffix aren't being carried over from wpDataTables to the chart engines, but you can take a look at our documentation to see how you can add it via wpDataChart callbacks.

Unfortunately, that too will need to be done with wpDataChart callbacks.
In short, if you don't see the setting in wpDataCharts page, it needs to be done with the callbacks.
The free libraries don't offer much settings, unfortunately.
