hello, am researching setting up yoga classes for myself and a potential web design client, they would like to be able to add individual names and email addresses for each extra person..e.g one person is paying for two people and would like to be able to request they put the second persons name and email address during booking as their insurance company requires this for her to be able to teach.
I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately something like this is not possible with the plugin's built-in features.
You can add a custom field in the end of the booking procedure, so they can enter additional emails there, but no notifications will be sent to those emails automatically. If an email needs to be sent to these email addresses, it would need to be sent manually.
