    Issue #1

I have configured (Roles > Employee > Allow customers to reschedule) customers to reschedule their own appointments, but have not enabled the customer panel. My presumption is that customers would be able to do this through a special URL, provided in the email they receive at the time of booking. The configuration looks like this.

In the email template at Notifications > To Customer > Appointment Approved, I have added the appropriate email placeholder to put a cancel link within the email, like this. Unfortunately, when I send a test of the email, no URL is placed here, only the literal placeholder text.

There doesn't seem to be a placeholder for rescheduling! So how do I use some placeholder text to put a URL to that?

Perhaps I've misunderstood some functionality here! In short, I want customers to be able to be given URLs to cancel or reschedule an appointment, avoiding any need for signing in or a special panel. Most of these customers are one-time, so I don't want them to be registered WP users.

    Issue #2

I have a specific service, 10 minutes in length, that I only want people to be able to book during a specific two-hour period each day. How do I configure that?

    Hello Ian

    Thank you for your purchase.

Unfortunately, there's no URL for rescheduling appointments. Customers can reschedule their appointments only if you allow them to log into WordPress (Automatically Create Amelia Customer User Role in Roles settings), or through the Customer Panel.

As for the placeholder - a URL will not be generated through Test email, so in order to see how it works, you need to schedule an actual appointment, which you can later delete (just don't do it while logged into your admin account, or the data you enter (name, last name, email) will remain saved in the database).

Simply configure your employee's working hours, to those two specific hours, and that's it. You've already created the services, if I'm not mistaken?

    Kind Regards,

It's unfortunate to learn that a client can't reschedule without an account, but that at least they can cancel.

As for the second question, I should have provided one more bit of information in order to have you more fully answer: The employee in question would be working 8 hours each day, with 2 hours devoted to doing Service A and the remaining 6 hours doing both Services B and C. How would I configure that?

Thanks for the help so far!

    Hi again Ian

Well, you can split your employee's working hours into periods. So when you go to Employees, and select an employee, go to his(hers) working hours and remove the working hours for one day.

Then add the first period (for instance from 09:00 - 11:00) for which the employee will be assigned to Service A.

Then, add the second period (from 11:00 - 17:00) for which the employee will be assigned to Services B and C.

    Kind Regards,
