We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    We are planning to use your plugin to sell our online courses (provided by a zoom videocall), but I want to be sure your plugin provides all the features we need

    our courses

    • have a minimum and a maximum number of attendees
    • are made up of 4 lessons (but you cannot buy a single lesson)

    we want to implement the following features/functionalities

    • a course can have 3 different statuses
      • confirmed: if the course has reached the minimum number of attendees required
      • planned: if the course still does not have the minimum number of attendees required
      • sold-out: if the course has reached the maximum number of attendees required
    • if the customer chooses
      • a confirmed course, he must be allowed to checkout & pay
      • a planned course, he must be allowed only to book but not to pay
      • a sold-out course, he must be allowed to be placed in a waiting list
    • if a course reaches the minimum number of attendees required, the plugin has
      • to automatically change the course status (from planned to confirmed)
      • to automatically send an email to all booked customers with the memo/procedure to finalize the checkout
    • if a customer (or the admin) deletes a reservation, the plugin has
      • to automatically send an email to admin and customer
      • in case of a sold-out course: to automatically send an email to 1st customer in the waiting list with the memo/procedure to finalize the checkout. If the customer does not finalize the checkout by [x] hours the reservation expires, and plugin has to send a new email to 2nd customer in the waiting list and so on
    • any course has to show the following properties
      • status (i.e. different colours)
      • places already booked
      • places still available
      • # of customers in waiting list (if present)
    • we would also like to manage coupons and discounts, i.e.
      • a customer could be able to digit a coupon code to have a discount (of course we need to track it)
      • a customer could have a special discount if he buys 2 or more courses at the same time
      • a customer could have a special discount if he buys 2 or more seats in the same course
      • a customer could have a “special status” allowing him a permanent discount
    • we would automatically close the reservations of a course when it starts
    • we would like our customers to be able to search a course by
      • date (with a calendar)
      • theme suggested age
      • title
    • obviously, we need reports on
      • sells
      • customers
      • etc

    please let me know

    • which features/functionalities are supported
    • if you provide a trial version (i.e. for 15/30 days) to evaluate the plugin

    Thanks for your interest in Amelia.

    Unfortunately, we do not have all options you need at the moment. 4 lessons can be made with Events, but we do not have waiting list and planned option. 

    We have those two options for appointments, but package option is planned to be added as feature this year. Option to show places book and left also is not available with the plugin's built in features. 

    We are offering 15 days refund period, so within 15 days you can request full refund from TMS Store by clicking on red refund button.
