I write this message to you because I’ve been trying to set the calendar in a certain way, so that my customers can buy a package of hours just in one transaction and can program this hours in different time slots, but I haven’t been able to do it. I explain it clearly below
To give you an idea about my need, my business is an online platform where we hire teachers to give classes online, and our customers buy hour packages in one transaction, which will also include a first free trial class of 30 minutes. We would like to let our customers to have an account (it can be Wordpress account or Amelia account) where they can go in anytime and program their classes until they run out of hours payed.
For example, Ben buys a pack of 3 hours, he will then have 30 minutes for free which he will schedule with the teacher he wants and at the same time he buys the pack. Let's say he schedules a class on Monday at 8am. His account will spend then the first 30 minutes scheduled, and then the idea is that he can schedule whenever he wants 3 time slots of one hour. So let's say that on Monday at 5pm after he finished the first trial lesson, he goes into the Wordpress/or Amelia account as a client and he decides to schedule one class on Tuesday at 9am, another one on Wednesday at 8am, and the last one of the 3 hour pack on Friday at 10 am.
After he does the 3 hour pack + the first free 30 minute trial, he won't have anymore credits, so he should buy another package with the same Wordpress/Amelia account.
We would like to know if this is possible to do in the basic Amelia plan and how we can do it because I tried everything and I couldn’t find it in the Step by Step Wizard, or in the settings while managing WordPress.

Thank you for the clarification. Unfortunately, there isn't a possibility to buy packages in Amelia and it isn't possible to book multiple appointments at once. Only one appointment can be booked and payed for at a time in Amelia with its current built-in features.
We have a plan to implement the Packages feature in Amelia in one of the future updates, but at the moment we can't say exactly when this will be added and released.
At the moment, you can only have a service with a price for several appointments of that service, for example 5, and when customers book and pay this service for the first time, you can give them coupon with 100% discount (you can create coupons in Amelia -> Finance) which they will use for the next 4 appointments for that service.
