I am interested in adding custom reminders to our automated appointment system we have setup with Amelia.
There is 1 option for "next day reminder" but I wanted to add a 15 minutes before, 3 hours before, morning of, etc.. to the email and SMS reminder notifications.
Unfortunately, there isn't a possibility of adding custom reminder notifications to Amelia. The notifications available in Amelia are the ones you can find in Amelia-> Notifications. You can check out the Web Hooks feature, maybe you can use data from Amelia in some automation tool for sending emails to achieve what you want.
