Sorry for late response, we are not working on weekends.
Sorry to disappoint you but unfortunately something that you required is not possible to achieve with our plugin built in features at the moment.
Changing the design of the plugin is not possible yet and in order to customize it you will need a source code, which because of our company policy , does not come with any of the plans/licenses.
As for this question Can I join Employees every time I log in and record events?
Can you please describe me more what are you trying to achieve or give me some example so I can give you my suggestion.
