We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Morning,
We are looking for a merchant who sells products and appointed services to use WooCommerce and amelia. The integration video was really short. We have 2 questions:
1) where can i find documentation design customisations? We have only found your live demos where this basic. Do you have some other live website as examples?
2) where do we find documentation about WooCommerce product list and amelia service list?
Thanks,
Dominique
Hello Dominique,
Thanks for reaching out, we are glad to see you are interested in Amelia.
1) We don't have other live websites for Amelia, only the demo sites, which you saw. There is a customize section in Amelia with some styling options, and you can check out the options on the demo sites and in our documentation following this link.
2) You can find everything you need to know about Amelia in our documentation following this link. Regarding Amelia and WooCommerce integration, there is the page that you mentioned in the documentation. We don't have any other documentation on that. Basically, you enable WooCommerce in Amelia-> Settings ->Payments and connect Amelia services with WooCommerce products in Amelia -> Services, when you create or edit a service when WooCommerce is enabled you will have the option in the tab Settings where you can choose which Woo product you want to connect to Amelia. You don't need to choose any, since one default Product is created when you connect Amelia and Woo, and in this case all services/events will be connected to that one product. And that is it. Customers choose and book a service/event in the Amelia booking form and after the booking process in Amelia they are taken to the WooCommerce Cart and Checkout page.
If you have any further questions or concerns feel free to ask.
