We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

    I want to know if I integrate amelia with a Nigeria payment plugin like paystack. I am from Nigeria.

    Also, does amelia work well with elementor page builder.

    Hi lanre,

    Thanks for your interest. 

    For payments we have PayPal, Stripe and WooCommerce integration, I think via WooCommerce you can set that payment option.

    And, yes, it works with Elementor.

    Hi,

    We support WooCommerce integration for payments, so you can choose any payment getaway WooCommerce have, I am not 100% sure which payment getaways they have. But, looks like they have the one you need: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-paystack/

    Anyhow, we offer 15 days refund period, so If something does not work, you can safely request refund. We couldn't test all possible payment getaways, but it should work properly.

    Hi,

    Can you connect to to your PayPal and try to pay that way? If not, i would need to check on this with our reseller (payment provider)
