With the holiday season upon us, we want to share our upcoming working hours:
- New Year: Our team will be off on January 1st and 2nd. We’ll be back on Friday, January 3rd, to respond to any messages received during this time.
- Weekend: As usual, we don’t work on weekends, so January 4th and 5th will also be non-working days.
- Orthodox Christmas: Our office will be closed on Monday and Tuesday, January 6th and 7th for the holiday.
After that, we’ll return to our regular schedule and assist you as quickly as possible.

On the dashboard under Upcoming Appointments...can this be edited to add customer fields? Like if I add a custom filed, can I have the option to show that field in the Upcoming Appointments area?

It is not possible to add so it is shown right away, but when you click edit, you can see custom fields for those services which have custom fields.
OK. I am using a different booking plugin now but it is very limited. I was hoping for a dashboard area that would show more info. I start the day off with looking at my day and appointments and would like to see certain info rather than clicking and editing each one just so to see a field, like say CITY.
I still think your features out way this. Do you guys offer a 14-day trial?

We have 15 days refund policy, so you can try it out and in case it does not meet your needs you can request full refund within 15 days straight from TMS Store by clicking on refund button.

Another few questions...
Do you have to use a payment gateway to show pricing? My workflow allows customers to book an appointment showing price but not pay until after I perform our service. Will this work?

Yes, you just need to set pay on site option, you can enable this option for all services or just for particular service.
