We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I also see, that you support other time zones, but you say that it is for several timezones, please can you list the 7 as my services are in taiwon, turkey, uk, and lots more
Thanks

I have purchased your plugin , but would like to find out the following. Im just using this plugin as a booking, not for payment
1. can I rectrict my booking to by services: example ,package 1 has 4 lessons, so i need customers to book only 4 lessons, pacakge 2 has 8 , so i need customers to book only 8 lessons.
2. can i have the "eg:teachers to have their appointments on the frontend as you have for the customers? and for them to be able to manage their dates and times on the frontend?
3. is it possible to have multibooking function per service?
Thank youfor your reply, will really appreacite it..........
3.
Hello Shane Naidoo,
1. There isn't a possibility for packages in Amelia. You create services that are assigned to employees, and customers can book appointments for those services. They can book one appointment at a time, not more. And they can book as many appointments for one service as they want, you can't set a limit for a service per customers.
2. Front end panel for Employees is not a feature in Amelia at the moment. But we are currently working on that and it will be implemented and released in one of the following updates of Amelia.
3. Unfortunately, there isn't a possibility for booking multiple appointments at once in Amelia. Only one appointment can be booked at a time.
If you have any further questions or concerns feel free to ask.
