    Hello Shane Naidoo,

    1. There isn't a possibility for packages in Amelia. You create services that are assigned to employees, and customers can book appointments for those services. They can book one appointment at a time, not more. And they can book as many appointments for one service as they want, you can't set a limit for a service per customers.

    2. Front end panel for Employees is not a feature in Amelia at the moment. But we are currently working on that and it will be implemented and released in one of the following updates of Amelia.

    3. Unfortunately, there isn't a possibility for booking multiple appointments at once in Amelia. Only one appointment can be booked at a time.

If you have any further questions or concerns feel free to ask.
