I have now run into a separate issue where Report Builder is creating a zip folder but only contains a single entry (there are at least 4 entries in the database it is not pulling.)
When running the search with filters, the datatable show's these entries. Any idea what might be causing it?
If I understood you correctly, the table displays these 4 rows, but the Report Builder is only generating the report for one?
That shouldn't be right.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Hello Michael
Thank you for your purchase.
1. Unfortunately, no. Not without the "ZIP with multiple files for each row" logic.
2. Also, no. That's how the plugin works at the moment.
There's no way to change that even with custom work (which is not included in the provided support), as that is the way the plugin works.
Please feel free to add these two points as suggestions on our suggest a feature page.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Hi Alexander, thank you for the offer to help. I deleted the report and rebuilt it and it appears to be working now.
I think the issue came from switching the database the report was connected to.
Great news, Michael
Thanks for letting me know
