I'm not sure what you mean by "WordPress search", but the contents of the table cannot be found if they are not displayed on a page. Meaning - they are indexable by search engines, but only the rows that are displayed on the page.
As for searching through all tables, and finding the data from the cells somewhere else on the site - that's not possible, we don't have a global filter, and the search above the table is only going to look through that table.
if I publish a table using WP Datatables are the cell contents searchable from the standard Wordpress search ?
