About the license:

At the moment we do not have an option in the plugin itself for upgrading the plans.

Instead, we do provide a difference between the licenses if you choose to upgrade the plan but please keep in mind that it is more expensive when upgrading from subscription to lifetime plans.

If you however choose to upgrade from subscription to lifetime, the result will be like this

price of the lifetime license - price of the subscription license+ the time that you spent using subscription license

 $0.16 is daily, so if you used the plugin for 45 days, the price for lifetime will be $189 - $59 + $7.27 (0.16*45)

For lifetime licenses you will only pay the difference, if you have for example basic lifetime and want to upgrade to developer lifetime.

About the domain

Yes, in our store there is an option to deactivate the domain once you purchase the plugin.

About the translation

The Dutch translation is sent by one of our customers, and we included it in the plugin as a language. We can not check that because none of us are Dutch speakers unforauntely.

Words can be changed using POEDIT or Loco Translate for example very easily.

If you want to use POEDIT then this is an instruction:

1. Download the Amelia plugin from our TMS Store or from email that you receive when you purchase our plugin and save the .zip file on your computer.

2. Unzip downloaded .zip file.

3. You need to download and install POEDIT. 

4. After that open the program and open the file from the extracted folder on your computer ameliabooking/languages/en_US/wpamelia-en_US.po.

5. Translate all the strings on your language.

6. Save the file as it suggests to you (the language code; for example wpamelia-id_ID.po if your language is Indonesian) and it will be generated new  wpamelia-id_ID.mo file. Find your language code here. 

7. Go to ameliabooking/languages/ folder and make new folder and call him as language code for your language (in our case for Indonesian is id_ID) and  then copy these two files called wpamelia-id_ID.po and wpamelia-id_ID.mo and then copy hole folder id_ID back to your website in the location ../wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/languages/.

Of course, you will use language code for your language (we use Indonesian language and his language code is  id_ID just as example)

When you finish that it would be nice to send us that translation, so we can include in next major update so you don't have to copy this folder from local machine on every update.

Formatting and styling notifications are not possible at the moment, we are working on this case, so we can find a proper solution for future updates.

As for the database:

Unfortunately we do not have any option to delete the users or past appointments/events. The only solution is to delete the old ones directly from the database.

Ok, since you purchased the plugin long time ago you can not ask for the refund, but you can cancel the subscription for the license that you have now, and pay the difference for the new license + the amount that you used the license.

So, if you purchase the Basic Subscription license per $59, and use it for 60 days, and then decide to upgrade to Basic Lifetime ($189) this would be the formula:

189 (Basic Lifetime) - 59 (Basic Subscription) + 60*0.16 (60 days spent using the Basic Subscription license times $0.16 per day). = $139.6
