We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello
I have tried to create “service” but I can't choose specific time for this service. I have just one option with continuously duration day after day. If I chose to use “event” I can chose a specified time for an appointment but I can't use categories and a separate page with description for an “event” (like I can do for for “service”). So I would like to know how I can make a specified time for service or how I can add events to categories, with a separate page for description and pictures?
Best Regards
Hello Ilya
Thank you for your purchase.
If I understood you correctly, you wish to provide a Service that will have only one time slot during the day, at a fixed time period, correct?
If that is true, you can simply edit the Service, so it lasts how long you want it to last, and limit your employee's working hours, so (s)he can fit only that one appointment into their schedule.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Hey Alexander.
Actually I want to integrate events "tags" with "services" "category". For use [ameliacatalog] output for events.
Best Regards
Hi again Ilya
You can add tags to events, and then create different pages for different tags, like:
[ameliaevents tag='1']
[ameliaevents tag='123']
[ameliaevents tag='test']
There's no way to change the behavior of events, and the way they are displayed.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
