I changed the default appointment status to approved. It's changed to approved but new appointments keep registered in pending status. even emails are sending as pending appointments.
If the default appointment status is "Approved", then all appointments should be saved as approved. However, if you've enabled this slider in Amelia Settings/Appointment:
Then your customers will be able to book above maximum capacity, but with the status of "Pending".
