I correctly registered the link address in the field "Customer Panel Page URL:" but the placeholder %customer_panel_url% remains empty whem sending notifications, showing just the label "%customer_panel_url%", instead of its content. Other placeholders are ok.
Hi Omar, not yet.... still waiting for support. I think it might be the Amelia's translation to my language (portugues)... but I'm not sure. Let's wait.
Sorry for the late response, we didn't work on Friday and Monday due to Orthodox Easter, which is celebrated in our country.
Here's what you need to check:
Have you created a page, where you entered the [ameliacustomerpanel] shortcode?
Have you copied the placeholder, or did you type it in manually?
If you typed it in manually, there could be some formatting issues, so I would suggest copying it from the placeholder list, or from here:
%customer_panel_url%
If nothing works, then Carlos - please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party.
You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Omar - when we get to the bottom of this, we'll reply in a public response, so you can see the fix.
You were probably notified that there's a new appointment for you on April 22nd. I received that email too, as a customer, and you can see the URL in the email (see attachment). Not only that, but the URL works:
It all works fine:
Perhaps you simply sent the Test notification e-mail?
Yes, it's working when my customer make some booking. I was simply sendind the Test notification e-mail. It was not clear to me that the placeholder %customer_panel_url% is filled in only when the customer is scheduling the service. It was also not clear to me that when I configure the role of the client to NOT require password for login I had to insert a placeholder %customer_panel_url% in some e-mail notification, like "Service Booked". thanks

I have the same trouble, did you managed to solve it?
