We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi,
I want to translate the form: "first name, last name, email ..etc" to Arabic. Where can I translate them? And I want fully control the fields, for example I don't need two text areas for the name (first - last), How can I edit their sittings, delete, change name or data type.
Also when I change the employee to Trainer (in Arabic) it appears like " Any مدرب" which is incorrect. I don't want to display "any" word.
Appreciate your support.
Salam, I am a happy customer and have at least customised the de_DE .po/.mo files for myself with Poedit.
You can find the Arabic translation on your server. Maybe that helps to find what you need.

Best, Heinz
Hello reema ali, hello Heinz.
Thanks for your assistance.
At the moment - Amelia can be translated, like Heinz implied, with POEDIT or Loco Translate easily.
For this to work, you would need to translate WordPress into your language, and then it should be applied.
If you use Poedit or Loco translate, you will need to remove the translations from Labels Settings. Then you can translate "Any Employee" to whatever you want it to be.
First and last name are mandatory, and that cannot be changed. If you need this logic changed - it can only be done as custom work, which is not included in the provided support for the plugin.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
