We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hello.

I would like to know if it was possible to export / import the different employees and location? If so, how do you do it?

I also wanted to know if it was possible to "search" for the employee / location when I enter a shortcode on a page (instead of scrolling through all the names)

Finally How to know all the "id" of employees and locations? I would like to know them (or export them to an Excel table) so that I can insert a shortcode without going through the editor. Without knowing the id of each person I have no choice, to go through the "shortcode generator". It’s really a shame.

    Thank you

    Hello David

    Thank you for your purchase.

I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately importing and exporting employees and locations is not possible at the moment. Our developers will be looking into adding the import feature, but I cannot say when it will be available.

There's no way to search for those, unfortunately. With [ameliasearch] shortcode, you would be able to search through the Service names, but that's it.

At the moment, the only way of knowing that would be to either take a look at the database (wp_amelia_employees and wp_amelia_locations tables), or through the Gutenberg editor - by selecting one of the Amelia Views, and then choosing the options on the far right.

Our developers are currently working on this, and this will be included in the next update. I hope that in about a week or two, you will see all this in the plugin's UI.

    Kind Regards,
