We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

I don’t know why but my plugin doesn’t display on ipad anymore. I was thinking it was cause of my cache plugin but even if I disable it the problem still continues. Can you help me please ?

We haven't had complaints like this, so I don't know for sure.
I visited the related page: https://pleine-confiance.fr/test but there's nothing there.
Can you tell me where we can test this - on which page? I'll try to get my hands on an iPad to test this, but I can't promise anything. We're currently under curfews due to COVID-19 outbreak, and as far as I know none of my colleagues have an iPad we can test this on. I've asked them, but since it's weekend, I'm not expecting anyone to report back until Tuesday.
We've had Orthodox Good Friday yesterday, so we didn't work. Our team will also be out of office on Monday due to Orthodox Easter holiday, and non-working days in our country. We also don't work on weekends, but having 4 days of uncovered tickets wouldn't be very good for business, so that's why I'm here at the moment.
