We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Hi, the coupon codes seems to be case sensitive. This is causing issues with users as their devices are changing the code to have a capital letter at the start and then not working at which point they are contacting us.

Is there any way to make the coupon code not case-sensitive?

    Hello Daniel Rose,

There isn't an option to make the coupon fields not to be case-sensitive in Amelia, unfortunately. I will add a feature request to our list for this field to be considered to be changed - so it won't make the first letter to be a capital letter.

If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help.

Thanks, although to clarify, the issue is that coupons are case sensitive. Mobile devices auto-correcting coupons to have a capital letter at the start is just one scenario where this is a problem. Users might also forget what case they used, or simply ignore instructions (you send COUPON but they enter coupon as how are they to know it's case sensitive.

    Kind regards,

    Dan

    You are welcome, Dan.

Thank you for clarifying that, I will add your suggestion as a feature request to our list so it can be considered for implementation in the future.
