We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi,
I have configured Zoom integration, but I noticed the placeholder is not working in SMS notification templates, not is it being attached to the google Calendar appointment in the notes section.
Hello hiimmike
The placeholder has been tested, and is working in all instances.
If it's not working please check if you linked your employee to the zoom account, and if the service / settings / integrations / zoom slider is enabled.
There's a small bug in the SMS function when Zoom comes in place, and it expands the URL instead of hiding it behind a hyperlink.
Please download the zip folder attached to my response.
You need to extract the files from the file following the path in the zip: ../wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/src/Application/Services/Placeholder/
After that you should be able to use the %zoom_join_url% normally (for your customers).
The placeholder can't be used as a hyperlink, only as a link. I wouldn't advise using the Zoom URL in employee's SMS notifications since a lot of messages will be spent, and it's not very pleasing to the eye, but you can use it for your customers freely.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
