We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi Support,
Please help me setting up Amelia in Spanish for webpress.com not wordpress.org. This means that I can not access folder specified in step 5 from the instructiond here: https://wpamelia.com/faq/
How can I translate Amelia plugin? You can translate Amelia plugin using the POEDIT. Here are the steps that you need to do:
1. You need to download and install POEDIT.
2. After that open the program and open the file from your website located in ameliabooking/languages/fr_FR/wpamelia-fr_FR.po.
3. Translate all the strings that are not translated
4. Save the translation.
5. Go to ameliabooking/languages/fr_FR/ folder and copy these two files called wpamelia-fr_FR.po and wpamelia-fr_FR.mo back to your website in the location ../wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/languages/fr_FR/.
Please provide assistance.
Regards,
Hello Edgar Franco,
Thank you for your purchase.
The folder in step 5 is Amelia folder inside the WordPress folder, so you can access it when you download the plugin, the wp-content/plugins is the part for WordPress folder navigation. But, Amelia is a WordPress plugin and it can't work outside of the WordPress platform, if that is what you want to achieve?
Hello Marija,
Thank you for the reply. You are 100% correct. I misread the instructions.
Hello Edgar,
Apologies for replying late, we had couple of non-working days, Friday - Monday, due to a holiday.
You are welcome. Glad I could help!
If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help.
