We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    I have a client who asked for an event booking system for their site and I suggested Amelia. They were up for trying it and I got a demo setup.

    Today they have said they'll likely go with Merlin Ticketing (Merlin Software) in the UK for that part of the web build.

    I get the feeling this won't be a one-time occurrence and so urge you to consider adding support for:

    • Bar code readers for on-site verification of bookings.
    • Integration with on-site EPOS systems.

    The "Related URL" I provided seems to be what my client is trying to use so perhaps that will give you a bit of further info on the subject and requirements.

    Please do consider this as there will be a greater focus on hands-free, limited customer interactions post covid-19. Being able to scan a pre-paid bar code instead of taking money from the hands of others will be of benefit to customer and event staff alike.

    I see, yes, I agree that feature would be useful but we don't have it planned for now, unfortunately. I will add this as a feature request to our list so it can be considered for future implementation and you can take this survey which is also in my signature bellow and ask for this feature as well.
