Hey everyone!
With the holiday season upon us, we want to share our upcoming working hours:
- New Year: Our team will be off on January 1st and 2nd. We’ll be back on Friday, January 3rd, to respond to any messages received during this time.
- Weekend: As usual, we don’t work on weekends, so January 4th and 5th will also be non-working days.
- Orthodox Christmas: Our office will be closed on Monday and Tuesday, January 6th and 7th for the holiday.
After that, we’ll return to our regular schedule and assist you as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find tons of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel), which might just have the answers you need while we’re away.
Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!
Warm regards and happy holidays!

I'm trying to create a system that captures custom data and stores it on WP as a user. This data is then passed to Google Sheets and Contacts. I want to make sure your plug can be used for scheduling with the data I've stored. So for example, if someone wants to schedule an appointment, they would need to login or register with the WP core and that would then be used for scheduling. I want to make sure they don't need to sign up for "Amelia" if they are already a customer on the system. Thank you.
Hi David Subers,
Thank you for your interest in our plugin.
Unfortunately I am afraid that something like this isn't possible with our plugin. Amelia customers can only be connected with WP Amelia customer user role. You can, using for example user role editor add multiple user roles to one customer if you need your customers to have multiple roles. Our plugin works in that way that customers that are logged in the WordPress don't have to fill their personal info during the booking since it reads from WP, but if they are not logged in the WP they will have to enter their information.
Best regards.
