We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hey guys

I'm on a website project for a client. She will open a one employee massage Studio. Therefore she's looking for a online Booking tool and that's why i found your product. It actually looks super and i guess it can handle all the requirements we have. But in one point i'm not sure by now:

She will offer regular massages in a duration of 60 or 90 minutes. While 60minutes treatments shall be available from 13:00 to 18:00, 90 Minutes treatments shall only be available at 12:30 and 17:30.

Unfortunately I could not find the answer within the docs.

Many thanks for your help and best from Switzerland

    Joel

    Hi Joel,

Thank you for your interest in our plugin. I hope that Switzerland is doing well during this situation.

I have one question regarding this use case. In 12:30 and 17:30 periods employee will be available for 90 minutes massage, but will it also be available for 60 minutes massage in those periods?

If no, you would need in employees working hours to separate periods from 12:30-14:00 and assign 90 minutes massage, and from 17:30-19:00 and assign 90 minutes massage as well. Then you will be left from 14:00 to 17:30 to create period between those two and assign 60 minutes massage.

If yes, then you would need to assign both massages to 12:30-14:00 and 17:30-19:00 periods but in that case you wouldn't be able to restrict users from scheduling 60 minutes massage at 12:30 or after 18:00. And you would also create working period from 14:00 to 17:30 for 60 minutes massage.

Unfortunately I am afraid that our settings cannot work in the best way for your use case since in both ways there are some restrictions.

    Best regards.
