However, my company only does events (run by different employees), hence the dashboard is mainly useless and provides zero insight. Is it possible for the dashboard to be updated/ adjusted for the events as well as for appointments/ services?
Unfortunately, the dashboard doesn't show Events in Amelia, as you saw. The Events feature is added later to Amelia and it still doesn't have all the functionalities (that can be applied to it) that Services feature has. We have this as a feature request in our list and I will add your vote for it, but for now we can't say when it will be implemented and released.
