I'm not sure why this is happening without taking a look.
It could be that there are a couple of employees assigned to this service, and that there's a free time between their working hours.
Also, if you connected your employees to the Google Calendar, you would need to check if there are Busy Events in the calendar that are removing those time slots from the calendar.
If you can't locate the issue, I'll need to remote in and take a look.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party.

I'm sorry, but I don't see an issue. When I take a look at both services' appointments, I can see time slots are filled.
What you showed me in the first screenshot is coming from the Appointments page, so the missing time slots were actually time slots that haven't been booked yet.
I can see there are currently 95 appointments for service "Entregas ao Domicílio" for 15th April, while there are 20 appointments for "Levantar na Loja" service for today (15th).
You have 2 appointments assigned to "Entregas ao Domicílio", and all the rest employees assigned to "Levantar na Loja".
Unfortunately, there's no other way other than splitting employee's working hours into 30 time slots.
So, for example, if your employee works 8 hours, you can create a service that lasts 16 minutes, and he'll have exactly 30 time slots during the business day.
Hello I need your help!
I set the service time to 20 mint, and default time slot step is 20 mint to.
but when customers book the plugin steals 2h in this case I send it as an attachment.
Missing 10 am, 10:20 am 10:40 am
and 12 am left
a12: 20am 12:40 am.
how can i fix this?
I need to fix this can you help me?
best regards
