We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
UPDATE
I followed these instructions from CodeCanyon that you wrote 2 years ago:
"Probably following would be the easiest: 1) Deactivate lite version. 2) Overwrite lite version with full version through FTP. 3) Go to WP admin again, and activate the full version."
It updated from LITE to PRO but the Highcharts Callback example you provided in the documentarion still don't work despite changing chart ID so maybe it's not related to the plugin version after all. I'm now with the 2.8.3. PRO instead of 2.5.1. LITE

ORIGINAL
Hello,
This may or may not be related to my previous ticket. The callbacks don't work and I'm using the 2.5.1. Lite version. I purchased a license after trying the Lite version and I actived it on the Lite version. How can I upgrade to Pro version without losing all my tables? I can't afford to lose all the work I have done over the last year, please help. Thanks!
Hello wingme
Thank you for letting me know the issue with updating is resolved.
As for the callback - I would need to take a look. There may be an issue that the theme is loading jQuery somewhere else on the page, instead of on the top, and that's causing the callback not to work.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party.
You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Hi again wingme
For some reason, it's still not seeing the corrected code:
This doesn't cause the issue, though, as we've discussed in the other ticket. I can't find out what's wrong with the callback with Highcharts without debugging the site.
Kind Regards,
