    I have questions concerning support methods and times to await answers, hooking Zoom to the plugin, and other things... I have started an Online Advertising/Marketing Agency and will need to upgrade number of sites as I grow the business... want to start with the one site plan, but have questions and concerns with not being able to speak with a customer service person... or a support person, by phone or chat or screen-share... Thus, my questions... I am very interested in purchasing your product and becoming a lifetime customer... but if the support response times are excessive, or the methods cumbersome or untimely, I will need to go somewhere else...

    Also, I have recently installed the free version Amelia Lite to find out if I will like it for my business site... I will like the purchased version just fine... But do I need to uninstall the free version prior to the upgrade?

    Thanks for your interest in Amelia.

    We have support via out ticketing system, full support is included in all our licenses. This means that our support engeeners will help you with any matter, if need be that can login to your website and fix the problem. Tickets are typically replied within 24 hours (our working hours are 9 to 5 pm CET), except during weekends, if you submit ticket on weekend it will be answered on Monday.

    We have very extensive documentation, so you can follow it and all should be very easy for you.

    Yes, you need to deactivate/delete free version prior to installing full version.
