In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

In the Amelia booking plugin I want to make some changes.
While making the booking I want to remove the Time Slot Option. What I need is only the date while making the booking. can the time slot option be skipped?

Thank you for your purchase and apologies for replying a bit later, we are not working on weekends.
Unfortunately, there isn't a possibility to skip the Time Slot option in Amelia. The appointment needs a time slot to be created, and it can't be created without it.
If you want you can have a service with duration that will be long as the work hours of the employee for one day, and enable the option Use service duration for booking a time slot in Amelia -> Settings -> General so only one time slot for a day will be available for booking and the customers will actually book the start/end time of the employee.
