I have completed all steps for the Google Calendar. As soon as I try to connect an employee to Google, it doesn't work. After I add the calendar and come back to the WordPress page, the calendar is not activated. The symbol is still blue. I did everything according to the instructions.
I am also interested in the option to include the customer address in the calendar.
I can't say why the calendar synchronization doesn't work until I take a look.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
As for having customer's address included - you can only do that if you let them type in their address in a custom field, then add the %custom_field_#% placeholder in the Google Even'ts description (in Amelia's Google Calendar Settings).
It throws JS errors across your website. When it's active, there are JS errors in the console (see attachment).
When the plugin is disabled you can connect your employees to the Google Calendar without issues. We've activated the plugin again, but you will want to deal with it somehow.
Hi there,

I ask for a short feedback.

Hello Clemens
Thank you for your purchase.
I can't say why the calendar synchronization doesn't work until I take a look.

Hi again Clemens
Thanks for the credentials. I can't see an error there, but it doesn't work.
I have forwarded the issue to one of our developers, and he'll take a look at it later during the day.
Unfortunately, the price can only change per employee or per the number of customers, so what you're trying to achieve is not possible with Amelia.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Hi again Clemens.
The Mailoptin plugin is causing this issue.
It throws JS errors across your website. When it's active, there are JS errors in the console (see attachment).
When the plugin is disabled you can connect your employees to the Google Calendar without issues. We've activated the plugin again, but you will want to deal with it somehow.
