How we can get details shown in attached image? Also is it different for PayPal personal or PayPal business? Can we use PayPal personal also for integration?

You should be able to use personal account as well as the business account.
Please note that Sandbox credentials will not work for Live transactions, nor will Live credentials work for test transactions.

Actually i tried for both business and personal account, it works perfectly for business not sure why does show error for personal paypal account.
when i login in personal account it shows me some limitation
one more question, How can i allow customer to make payment without login into paypal

Unfortunately, you can't.
If you're using PayPal as a method of payment, your customers need to log into their accounts to make a payment.
For card payments, you can use Stripe. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
