You should be able to use personal account as well as the business account.

1. Go to https://developer.paypal.com/developer/accountStatus/,
2. On the left in the “Dashboard” menu click on “My Apps & Credentials”,
3. In the “REST API apps” section you need to create a new App (or use the existing one),
4. You must then copy data from the fields “Client ID” and “Secret” into Live PayPal Payment Settings on the Settings page of the plugin.

Please note that Sandbox credentials will not work for Live transactions, nor will Live credentials work for test transactions.

Unfortunately, you can't.

If you're using PayPal as a method of payment, your customers need to log into their accounts to make a payment.

For card payments, you can use Stripe. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
