    Hello, my name is Ana and I´m looking for booking system that fits my online-classes website needs. I´ve been testing the demos and I have the following specific questions about Amelia services: 

    1) My website is multilingual so, could we set Amelia in different languages? (I need English and Spanish)

    2) Most of my products are not individual classes or online sessions, but packs of classes (3-class, 5-class, 10-class and 20-class packs). However, the demo only lets me create services of 1 class each time. Does it mean that my clients are not allow to buy a 5-class pack (for example) and schedule their five classes at the same time, after payment?

    3) Also related with the classes, I saw that you cannot set the time you really want for your classes. In my website, I sell 35-min and 55-min classes but Amelia settings only let you choose between 30-min classes and 1-hour classes. Are there options to customize this?

    4)I have another type of products in my website: monthly suscription. The problem is I didn´t see any part of the demo in which the client can buy a suscription or any similar services. Is it possible with Amelia? Does the integration with Stripe allow you to do this through Amelia´s system?

    Hi Ana Campano,

    Thank you for your interest in our plugin.

    Unfortunately I must say that at the moment our plugin is not suitable for your use case, we are currently working on options for online-classes but it will take some time until we implement them all. I will answer each of your questions in details below.

    1) At the moment our plugin can be used in mutlilingual environment however with some limitations: names of services that you create at the back-end, categories, custom fields if you add them to the booking form and email templates can only be in one language in which you set them. We plan to work on this limitation in one of the next updates so it will be resolved.

    2) At the moment we don't have packages option. We are currently working on the recurring option where customers will be able to select during the booking if their appointment will repeat daily, weekly monthly and how many times. This feature will probably be in our next release, and after that we plan to work on packages.

    3) This is certainly possible now. In the General Settings you can set default time slot step and based on that settings all time settings will be changed, so you can set 1 minute or 5 minutes and you will see options to set 35 minutes and 55 minutes.

    4) Unfortunately the subscription is still in our plan also and I cannot say if we are going to implement something with packages or this will come later.

    Thank you very much for this prompt response. Right now, I need the pack´s options but for sure I will keep an eye out for your updates because I like almost everything about the plugin. Obviously, things need time for developing ;)
