Hi,
I have a few pre sale questions :
Does you customer database communicate with the woocommerce customer database ?
Can I make an appointment on the admin side and process the payment through the woocommerce POS once the customer has finished his service (massage) ? Which requires your products to show in Woocommercer as bookable products. Otherwise I will have to create double entries, the same service on Woocommerce and in Amelia. Or will AMelia services show up in the POS without entering them manually ?
Once a booking is made on the admin side, can I send a payment link to my customer to pay the bill before they come ?
(as an order created in Woocommerce where the payment is pending) and I can send the payment link with the description of the ordered service/product .
Upselling, when a customer makes his booking online and we choose the Woocommerce payment option at the back end, will he be able to add other products from the woocommerce shop to combine that to his appoinment booking ? So a mix of and appointment and products in the same cart ?
Many thanks for your support and information.
Regards
Sebastiaan
Hi Sebastiaan,
Thanks for your interest.
Unfortunately it is not possible to be used with POS, maybe you can change status manually later and enable On-site payment and that manually change, but direct communication is not possible.
There is one WooCommercee product that is generated automatically that is linked to booking.
Regarding last question, yes, that would be possible for one appointment at a time.
