    The Plugin does not work on my site. I have been working on it for days. It a basic booking site it shouldn't be this hard.  The calendar colors wont even change so you cant see call to action buttons if you do try to book.  if I choose booking view the calendar my or may not work.

    Cant get palpal to connect and I followed the instructions. I have been looking over the doc and your support threads and that talks in circle when it comes down to trying to trouble shoot anything.  I'm starting to wonder is this was a sham. 

    When you add an employee I get a error request code 500 and there wasn't even an employee added yet all I did was hit the option to add. 

    Cant tell if even zoom works. 

    Do i need to understand programming and Im missing something.

    Any help would be appreciated

    Hello TIffany, 

    Sorry to hear you went through some issues while setting up Amelia. 

     The calendar colors wont even change so you cant see call to action buttons if you do try to book. 

    When you customize Amelia in Amelia -> Customize, you need to delete your browser's cache afterward, in order to see the change. 


    if I choose booking view the calendar my or may not work.

    Could you please explain in more details how the calendar doesn't work, what are the issues that you have?

    Thank you so much for you help, I ended up resetting to original calendar. It works an that make me happy. :)
