Hi, When I want to assign a customer to an existing WP User, OR create a new WP user (from the dropdown), only the email is moved across. It loses their first and second name along with any other important details, like phone number.

Essentially creating a WP User, with just an email address.

These details are still available in the Amelia customer area, however, I do a lot of marketing work from my main WP User list, so it's essential that all the details should be mapped across, else, it becomes a manual task at my end to add the missing data back in.

Any ideas or help would be really appreciated?

    Thanks again

    Hello Colin Anthony,

    Thank you for your purchase.

When a WP user is created from the Customers/Employees modal in Amelia, (or from the front-end booking form) the only information transferred to the WP user is the email, that is correct. Unfortunately, there isn't a possibility to transfer other information as well to the WP user from Amelia with its current built-in features. That would require customization of the code and please note that this is not covered by our support. I will add this as a feature request to our list so it can be considered for implementation in the future.

If you have any further questions or concerns feel free to ask.
