I want to notify my customers by WhatsApp on appointment booking and on payment confirmation. Please tell me whether it is possible using Webhook or any other method.

There isn't an integration with WhatsApp in Amelia, unfortunately. You can try using the Web hooks feature for that but you need to check with WhatsApp or Zapier is there a way to send the data received from Amelia to WhatsApp. Using Webhooks data from Amelia is sent to Zapier/or some other automation tool after several actions and you can read more about it here. So, you need to check in Zapier is there an option to send that data to WhatsApp, or is there a way in WhatsApp to automate notifications using web hooks from another program.

I will add this feature request to our list so it can be considered for implementation in the future. For now I can't say if and when it will be possible to implement it, as we do have a lot of feature requests and we try our best to implement as many as we can in each update.
