I have a very specific question about how your software works that is important to my operation to know if your software will work for us. I am having a hard time finding software that will work they way we need it so I need an exact answer.

We do horseback rides and have one wrangler with six horses. We offer 3 different ride lengths:  10 minutes, 30 minutes and 1 hour. So if one person schedules one 30 minute horseback ride for say, 10am on friday, my wrangler is busy from 10am to 10:30am. Someone else can schedule up to 5 of the same 30 minute rides at 10am, but nobody can schedule a different type of ride, like a 10 minute ride any time from 10am to 10:30am. Essentially, once someone books a certain type of ride at a certain time, that time slot is off limits for anything but that type of ride since the wrangler will be unavailable for anything else but 6 of that type of ride during that time frame.

Other software I have tried will allow people to book other ride types during that time frame unless 6 people have booked which fills up the slot. For instance, if someone books three 1 hour rides at 10am, it will still let someone else book a 10 minute ride at 10:20am. But if someone books six 1 hour rides at 10am it won't allow any more bookings until 11am. That doesn't work since the wrangler can't do a 10 minute ride at 10:20 if she if off on a 1 hour ride whether she has 1 rider or all 6, so I hope your software will block out that time frame for anything other than more of the type of ride that has already been booked until all 6 slots are full.

I hope that makes sense and you can give me a definite answer on that.

Also, asking for another web site I am helping with: does Amelia integrate with Infusionsoft?

    Hi Greg,

Thanks for your interest in our product.

Yes, this is how the Amelia works.

So, you will have one employee - the wrangler (make this employee in Amelia and assign services to that employee), she will work on  3 different services (in your case 3 different ride lengths:  10 minutes, 30 minutes and 1 hour) you can set capacity for each, in your case if I understood well, that is 6 spots. For each service you just set minimum capacity to 1 and maximum capacity to 6, so when someone books one service automatically the other services will not be available for booking for that period of time, but that one will be available until it reach 6 people.

Regarding your other question, we do not have direct integration with Infusionsoft, but we have web hooks, so you can integrate with Zapier if this works for you. Learn more here: https://wpamelia.com/web-hooks-settings/

Hope this helps and let me know if you have any other questions!
