We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
When going into the dashboard > Events> Attendees, it just keeps saying Please Wait? It will not give us the list of attendees. We have it integrated with Woocommerce. We really need to see who is signed up for the event and get information to them.
Please help! Thank you!
Hi irsllc0621
Have you maybe deleted anything? Payments, or anything related to the event attendees?
Anyway, I can't say much without taking a look.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party.
You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

I have had the same problem for 2 days, did you find a solution?
I had to give them access and he did the below work. Evidently you cannot delete attendees. So I am wondering what if you need to delete an attendee for some reason? In my insane I registered myself to test the registration process.
I can't read your conversation it's private...
Hi again Dave.
I got it.
You deleted something, that's for sure. When I tried to access the Attendees I saw this in the response:
But in the database table wpfw_amelia_payments I could only see the first 4:
So, I manually added payments 4, 5, 6, 7 and 9, and after that I was able to see the Attendees normally:
That should solve the issue for good, but please watch out when it comes to deleting payments
If you don't need the database to be accessible through your WordPress website, please feel free to delete the WP PHPMyAdmin plugin.
Kind Regards,

OHHH THANKS ! I have test a reservation with Woocommerce and delete after. I've juste need to delete my Attendees with Phpmyadmin and it's ok
Hi guys.
I'm not sure how exactly this issue occurs, since I personally tried removing attendees from events to replicate this issue, but I couldn't.
The plugin does allow you to delete them, but maybe it's connected to payments - I'm not sure. Can either of you explain in a bit more detail how this came to pass?
Kind Regards,
