I'm sorry, but I don't quite understand what you wish to achieve. 

If you have that table in the database, you could create a query that'd pull the data from that database table, and display it.

As for the second column, if there's a URL to the media, you could call it like:

SELECT  name,
        CONCAT('<a href="',`databaseTable`.`mediaColumn`,'">Click to open</a>') AS LinkToMedia
FROM databaseTable
