Thank you for all your important work you do already. I just find daily some things in Amelia that could be a little bit better.
For example a simple text styling like paragraphs, breaks, bold and italic in the descriptions for events and bookings would be great.
Right now it is just one endless text flow, which is not really nice to read.
I found out that HTML markups work in the field and it even looks good not only frontend but also when the %event_description% placeholder is included in the confirmation mail.
My employees are no developers and don’t know HTML. It would be too much to expect them to learn this form of text styling.
Would it be too much if there is a simple editor for that fields? Also to make it a little bit bigger even it is possible to extend it with the little corner.
At the moment, there's no way to include this, or to increase the size of the field.
Please feel free to take the Amelia Survey in my signature, and recommend that to our development team. I'll forward that to them too, so hopefully they'll add it soon enough.
Yeah, I'm going to have to say this is a necessary feature. Probably should be the NOW thing to do. I purchased the developer package. I can't expect my clients to do HTML if they knew HTML they wouldn't have hired a developer to build their website. This is an absolute must-fix now, I have a client who wants to use this regularly but I absolutely cannot put this plugin on their site with the description editor for events being an HTML editor.
I have forwarded your suggestion to our development team. Please be so kind, and add it to our Suggest a feature page.
I don't know when this will be included, since there are more crucial issues and tasks our developers are working on, but the more votes a feature gets, higher up it is on our "to-do" list.

Hello Aleksandar
Hope you are well?!
Any developments on this feature?
Best, Heinz
Same answer applies to this ticket, Heinz.
The development was put on hold just before WP 5.5 was released, so everything's been postponed.
I hope our developers will be able to include this soon.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
