I am interested in using Amelia as my clinical website's booking plugin, I was just wondering whether I can customize the back-end Customer form and add fields to gather more information and if the customer page can track a specific customer's past appointments and services through my back end panel?
We have custom fields with which you can easily ask for any additional information you may need from your customers. You can find more about custom fields here.
On the backend, you can see past appointments for each customer and add notes.
