I’m testing several plugins (for a friend of mine) on a test site, that’s why I use the lite version of Amelia. You ask for a private reply but I don’t see how to proceed on your site. and I've no mail address to send the credentials. Best Regards
In the ticket here you have option to check Private during answering.
Once you check it your reply should become red instead of green and then you can write credentials and send us. You can also contact us on [email protected] mail.
Hi Marija Sorry, but the "private" option has disappeared on all my browsers (Firefox, Safari, Edge) Since there is no personal data in this message, I can use the standard reply :
* I previously installed the plug-in directly from my site, in the extensions section
* Now, I've downloaded the zip from the Wordpress page, deleted the old file of the plug-in and imported the new one.
The issue is always there. You ask me to give you access to the database but I don't know how to proceed. Do you want the login and password of the complete database ?
Yes, we need the database access, so your PhpMyAdmin credentials, or whichever tool you use to access your database. Please send them to my email address if that is possible - [email protected]. Thank you.
The developers fixed the issue that you had on your website. It seems like there was some bug in the system connected to your database configuration, and we will fix it in the next update of Amelia. Sorry for any inconvenience this have caused.
Please let me know if everything works well now and if you have any further questions.
The plugin seems now to work, thank a lot for your help.
Now that I can begin to test it, I've a new issue : there's no "Employee" page in the menu When I go to the site without registering, it says that it's requested. Is it normal ? (full version feature ?)
More employees can be created in the Full version of the plugin, in the Lite version there is one Provider/Employee which you will find settings for in Amelia -> Settings.
Is this plugin compatible with Wordpress 5.4 ?
Because I have errors during installation
Hi Alain Gailllard,
Thank you for contacting us.
Yes, the plugin is compatible with WordPress 5.4. Can you please tell me which errors you have?
Best regards.
Hi,
Thank for your reply.
The issue I encounter is that I can't create any category of service : there's an error, but no indication to solve it.
Regards.

Hi Isidora,
I already looked for this "private" button but never saw it.
Thanks for the other way to contact you
Added : its seems to depend on the browser : it's OK with Safari and Firefox, not with Edge That I used
