In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

    Hi,

    I am considering to use Amelia on my website for booking individual alexander technique lessons. The setup is:

    - I am using various locations (typically different rooms at the same address) which I am hiring on an hourly basis.

    - Those locations' availabilities are managed by Google Calendars (one Calendar per location).

    So, what I'd need:

    - In addition to connecting employee's (me ;) to a Google Calendar, I'd like to connect the locations with Google Calendars, too. A time slot is available for booking only if the location and the employee is available.

    - An employee can work on different locations, even hourly. The location is determined by the booking.

    Is this possible / considered for the future? I believe the location calendar should be a quite common requirement...

    Would be great, I really love the plugin and believe it's woth the money...

    Hi David Sacher,

    Thank you for your interest in our plugin.

    Unfortunately something like this isn't possible at the moment since in our plugin only employees can be connected to the Google calendar. We didn't have lots of requirements for connecting locations to Google calendar but I will add this use case since it is very interesting and we will reconsider it for the future versions. At the moment I cannot say when something similar will be implemented since we have some other features in our plan for the next releases and we base our updates on the customers requests mostly, so if this feature gets more requests we will certainly move it on our priorities list.
