Our client has services that book in three hour increments. However, they ask that appointments only be booked "on the hour." Thus, appointments are only to start at 0900, 1000, 1100, and not at the half hour. How may I accomplish this? I noticed a ticket on this question was submitted Dec 6, 2018 by another user, but I did not see any response.
We figured this out. I am posting for the benefit of the community. We were able to accomplish this by going to the General Settings, editing to make the default time slot 1 hour. Together with the employee start time, which is on an hour, and the service duration, the available slots then are only "on the hour."
Thank you for your purchase and apologies for replying a bit later, we are not working on weekends.
Glad to see you managed to find a solution to your use case. Yes, as you found out, the Default time slot step option in Amelia -> General Settings is the one where you define all default time slots in the plugin.
If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help.
